Don't call it a diet! If you continue to tell yourself that you are on a diet then you might just continue to fail at that diet!
Dieting is hard and staying on track is even harder. So instead of
dieting change your lifestyle. Condition your body to eat health majority of the time so that when you do decide to treat yourself to a slice of pizza or a cupcake then you haven't "ruined" your "diet":) Dieting is temporary but lifestyle
changes will keep you ready for that date night or class reunion.
Stay ready so you don't always have to get ready!
For me, my lifestyle change began with first cutting out soda, fried foods, bad carbs like white rice, pasta, bread (and ohhhh do I love me a fresh piece of bread) and sweets. Instead I choose WATER, I gave up my white rice for brown rice and if I eat bread it is the flat thins that are 100 calories for 2 slices. I get my sweet fix from healthier items like fruit, yogurt or even 100 calorie snack packets. I also eat less pork and beef. Fish, chicken and turkey burgers are my go to meats along with some veggies and brown rice and that is my meal!
You should always remember when trying to loose weight that it is 80% of what you eat and 20% of what you do (exercise).
I have been leading this lifestyle change since January and now it is much like second nature. It is very easy for me to decline and not feel as tempted to want to indulge and over indulge.
So come on join me in this journey! Your body will love you for it....I PROMISE:)
Love you too healthy:)
