I'M BACK FROM BEING DOWN FOR THE COUNT!!

Did my first night of boot-camp last night since being sick with Pneumonia. It felt great to get back out there even though it was COLD! 

I have been doing very well with my eating habits and have seen the changes! I'm down 6lbs so far...YAY for me! I have found that logging my daily intake has been really helpful for me. Myfitnesspal.com online and as an app on my IPhone. It has become sort of an addiction, but it is great to network with others who have the same goals in mind. Lose weight and be healthy for the long haul.

I am excited to see what my results are at the end of this month...I have vowed to stay of the scale until the March 1st. Which means I am going to have to hide that thing...out of sight...out of mind. 

Remember (per Michael Thomas) drink lots of water and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables:)
