Progress.....

I fell off the last two days with my lunch. On Tuesday the ladies in my department were treated to lunch, I gave in and had Grilled Teriyaki. Wednesday, hubby treated me to lunch at The Clarion hotel, didn't do to bad but still not great. But hey...when you have a bad day don't let it turn into a bad week or bad month. So today, I am back on track!! Myfitnesspal.com is my new best-friend, being able to keep track of what I am eating and receive encouragement from others who have similar goals is very helpful. If you are trying to lose weight, I would suggest you try it out!
